Now, how does one go about finding, let alone providing, smtp
message headers?

If you're using Outlook or Outlook Express, right-click the message (maybe
the subject line in the Messages list).  Choose Properties.  On the dialog
that shows up, click Source.  The gunk at the top is the SMTP headers.

Outlook '98. Open the message, and then view....options.

It transpires that at least half of these messages are
carbon-copy duplicates! Everything is exactly the same,
including the smtp headers. (the other half I cannot find).
Though, oddly, it says I received them at the same date
and time!! One of the duplicates was from Auczilla, and
I have put the headers below, should anyone be interested...

But at least I have learned how to find the headers in
Outlook. Thanks everyone for assistance.
