It depends on your e-mail software. What are you using?
In Netscape Messenger 4.5, for example, you can do View/Headers/All from the
menu. If your running a unix e-mailer, you can also just save the message
to a file and look at it with a text editor. The SMTP headers are the
thingies at the top of the messages that look like:
Label: Blah blah blah
X-Label: More blah blah blah
Subject: Blah blah blah
From: Blah blah blah
To: Blah blah blah
etc.
