It would be listed as somewhere between 90001 and 90201. 89999 would already
be defined on your server if you had already seen something numbered 90000.
The ISP that I get RTL from (visi.com) has the most recent message numbered
at 129,000. Each newsserver has its own article numbering; there's no global
article numbering for groups...(although I think admins can go download copies
of standardized 'active' files)...because each Usenet news server theoretically
sees a slightly different slice of the pie -- some see more spam than others,
and some see limited distribution articles (using the 'Distribution' header).
