Dave *Low* posted the fact that the pic was up on BrickSet(tm). :-) So it

You've seen James's work. I have been after him to commercialise the Cascade
Talgo, I think it'd make a great limited run set. As for me, I ALWAYS have
more stuff "under development", but they all are in various states of
progress (usually "not much progress").
I can't speak for TLC, of course. Who knows what they have under
development? (and whoever among us knows, if anyone, can't say because they
would be under NDA anyway)
