And not doing a very good job. If you write a letter asking for something and
you get taken for spam, you are in trouble. There are basic nettiquette rules
that should be mastered before one should venture onto the net. Hell, how about
common courtesy? Frankly, I think it's sad that this turned out to be a real
person. That sound is me weeping for the future.
