If this si true, there are configuration issues. Win98 is not much
slower than 95.

You're comparing a USR with a no-brand-mentioned. also, 56k is a
fairly unreliable protocol.

You know why, don't you? The motor has to spin up much more.
It's a trade-off between warm-up time and speed (botrh in bandwidth
and in access times)

Absolutely. Nav3 is a much slower, much more efficient creature than
