Well, there's a program called BIF Editor(?) that will allow you to extract
sounds from BG, but they're in a proprietary format (.wavc). While you can't
listen to them with a audio player, you can put them into BG and listen to
them. Just rename them and give them a .wav extension, and follow the
directions to make customized character sounds.
