Yes, but what in the WORLD changed Cheney's mind? To date, there really
hasn't been any evidence whatsoever that has surfaced that would explain
his about-face on the issue.
(and before you tell me "we don't know all the facts",
give-me-a-friggin-break, if Cheney/Bush had facts that showed a
fullblown invasion of Iraq was a good idea, they'd have trumpeted them
to the world by now. They haven't, because they don't).
