I dont see how it is a case of the pot calling the kettle black.
Inasmuch as the minority groups formed due to ostracism, and the white group
is not forming for the same reason, I can see where McCellands concern is
coming from. It seems that the white club is being formed simply in reaction
to the others existing. McClelland leaves the door open to other
interpretations, and Id need to know more about the various parties involved to
draw a firmer conclusion myself.
