I'm not going to comment on the law but I can't see any reason to not wear the
seatbelt if its there. I put it on automatically and I dont even notice it.
Wearing a seatbelt in the back seat it in my opinion even more important as you
can cause serious injuries to the person in the seat in front of you in a crash,
therefore you are hurting someone else by not wearing it
Fastening children in is also important as they don't have the experience to
realise and weigh up the pros? and cons. It makes me angry when I see passengers
(belted up) with children on their laps.
