First I want to thank you for your compliments.
The blueprints I got after I sent a mail directly to the Liebherr factory
where the crane was manufactured. In my case this was Liebherr Werk Ehingen.
I wrote that I was really interested in this crane and that I was planning a
model. (Never mentioned that it will be made of LEGO.)I also asked if I was
allowed to use the Liebherr logo on my model. After about two weeks I
received an answer by standard mail, containing the blueprints, a data
sheet, some pics of the first crane before it was repainted in the colors of
the Japanese contractor, and a small poster.
It helped me a lot but showed me that my first attempt in building this
crane is not in all points as real as it should be.
So, if you want to get information, write a mail to the factory where your
specific crane is built. I am sure you will get an answer.
Greetings
Beat
