  New scale 1:13 trucks

Last weekend I started with the first photo session of all my current models. I found very a nice sport to photograph construction vehicle. It's more or less like a quarry. So the comming months I will add some new models to my website. The first (...) (18 years ago, 15-May-06, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.modelteam, lugnet.announce.moc, FTX) !

Re: Ah,... Breaker 1-9, this here is the Rubber Duck...

Hello Anders Congratulations! You did a great job creating the famous Rubber Duck out of Lego bricks. "Convoy" is definitely one of my favorite movies of my childhood, and it made me start building trucks out of Legos in the first place back then. (...)   Re: Ah,... Breaker 1-9, this here is the Rubber Duck...

(...) Hello Anders I'm a truck driver myself and I know how to appreciate your models. You know very well how to capture all the details. I do love the "convoy" movie too... I've been a long time admirer of our artwork. Keep up enchanting us. (...) (18 years ago, 3-May-06, to lugnet.modelteam, lugnet.technic, FTX)

Re: Ah,... Breaker 1-9, this here is the Rubber Duck...

(...) Actually it is VERY similar to the Mack R600 coolpower that Mad Max drives during the last third of the movie "Road Warrior" (18 years ago, 3-May-06, to lugnet.modelteam, lugnet.technic, FTX)

Re: Ah,... Breaker 1-9, this here is the Rubber Duck...

(...) Holy cow! That must be about 5'-3" long overall! You are one of the few people to model that truck. I remember those old Mack from when I was a little boy. It looks just like it! I like how you did the curvature on the tanker trailer and the (...) (18 years ago, 2-May-06, to lugnet.modelteam, lugnet.technic, FTX)

Re: Ah,... Breaker 1-9, this here is the Rubber Duck...

Hi Anders, I've been a fan of your trucks and cranes for some time and this is quite the achievement. What always gets me is how I often confuse your pics for the model versus the actual truck. I know you use a lot of stickers and for these models, (...) (18 years ago, 2-May-06, to lugnet.modelteam, lugnet.technic, FTX)

WW1 War Department 2 foot gauge Baldwin

I have finally finished my latest MOC, a (just larger than) Technic fig scale narrow gauge steam loco. I've written up a (URL) MOCpage> with loads of writing so probably best to go there so I don't have to say it all again. (2 URLs) I have also (...)   Re: MOC: MAN 5t military transporter

(...) Well done. Good use of new grey (if only Lego would keep old alive too). I especially like how you did the wheels and undercarriage - very nice. I wonder if it would look good with those wheels scaled down to 6 wide? -Matt :) (18 years ago, 27-Feb-06, to lugnet.build.military, lugnet.modelteam, FTX)

Re: MOC: MAN 5t military transporter

(...) Very pretty. For people like me who are 6 wide train heads, is this vehicle as is too wide to fit in at 8? Put another way... Many US military vehicles are quite wide... how wide is this one in real life? Did you post it to modelteam because (...)   Re: Slide glide door geometry

(...) I think what you need are two external arms, half the width of the door, top and bottom. Connect them from the door frame to a point half way along the door. This gives you four hinges. You then want to construct a mechanism that attaches to (...) (18 years ago, 13-Feb-06, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.modelteam, FTX)

  Slide glide door geometry

Allow me to pull you guys off the excitement around the 2006 Technic sets to ask a question... Does anyone know of a working linkage or geometry for slide-glide doors usually found on low floor transit buses, with door panels being 5 studs wide when (...)   5590 Alternate Model

Hi all, I just finished building the alternate model for set [LEGOSet 5590] It was quite short, and it looks like it barely required half the total parts. What exactly is this kind of truck?
