I respectfully disagree. It sounds like you are trying to engineer the
community. I feel what you are proposing is too difficult to enforce with
consistancy and fairness. Suz has a point about not clearly defining the
line so someone will not try to push it. It can be easy for someone to
adhere to the letter of the law while violating what it intended.
The rules should be simple. Firstly, be polite. Secondly, take bickering
off-line or suffer the consequences. Thirdly, follow the golden rule.
Fourthly, do not reply unless it is constructive, else take it off-line.
Finally, don't tick Suz off.
If we *all* treated one another with a little more respect, perhaps this
whole issue of bickering would go away. If you do not get along with
someone, don't play with them.
