Yes, the manager was summoned in all three stores. I was told there was
nothing they could do because the computer automatically blocks the refund
because of the sales price. Is this true? Who knows? But, they were trying
to be helpful, it wasn't like they were casting suspicion on me. I may
consider writing to headquarters.
