I think trying to make the consumer THINK they're getting a deal is the
point. Almost everything in the store has those handwritten prices in red
ink on the labels.

| (...) KB in general confuses me. I just don't quite get their pricing strategy. LEGO sets an MSRP and most retailers hew to it, or go a few cents below (like Walmart) KB on the other hand is typically 10-20% above MSRP. I don't know other toy lines (...) (23 years ago, 8-Jul-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)
