I just spoke with ZB.com this morning and they are offering anyone who had
Sea Scorpions cancelled from their order $10 off and free shipping on a
subsequent order.
Step 1: Call ZB.com and let them know your name and that your Sea Scorpions
were cancelled.
Step 2: Place a new order.
Step 3: Call ZB.com and give them the new order number, they will apply a
credit to the order.
Note that I did not apply an online coupon to my second order as I figured
ZB.com would override any coupon I enetered with the $10 discount and free
shipping (they wouldn't give me $10 off twice). After my discussion with
the ZB.com rep it sounds more like they will issue my credit card a $28
credit instead. YMMV.
I didn't realize it last night when I placed the first order but ZB's
shipping is really steep. My order included a $18 shipping charge (for 10
Treasure Transports). Ouch!
