Thanks Tom (and Mike),
I needed a kick in the butt to call and you provided it. The ZB person
seemed annoyed at whomever spread their phone number around so I chose
not to mention Andreas. She said "I've even had people from Canada
call...CANADA" as if it were a foreign country or something. (Oh wait)
I didn't get the shuttle, I got the train. I already have one shuttle
and this will be my first train of any kind. I hope it arives on Wednesday.

Note I said WITH, not ON the sale price - they added 20% to the 50% off on the 8480, giving 70% off, rather than taking 50% off, then 20% off that - so you save a lot more. (...)
