I was there two weeks ago. The parking at Downtown Disney was terrible, but we
managed to eventually get a spot. It was my first PAB experience and overall it
was fun, but I felt the current Orlando inventory wasn't as good as some of the
other stores that have been listed.
It's mostly plates and bricks. See these posts:

I think they still had most of the bricks and plates listed in those posts. I
really didn't pay much attention to the classical colors as I basically loaded
up on the rare colors.
As far as special parts - they had the trees, 1x12 green technic bricks, white
fences (but the black 2x4 fences were gone - drat!) I believe they had the red
convex slopes too. Sorry that's about all I can remember.
