  Tuesday Morning

Greetings Don't know if this has been posted before but here goes. Possibly a leftover form the TM sale of a month or so ago I bought a Spielberg Moviemaker set for only $99.99. Not bad for 433 psc and a PC movie camera. This was at the TM in (...) (23 years ago, 26-Jun-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

LEGO Soft (Super Large Bricks) is BACK!

Yay! LEGO Soft is finally available again at S@H! The price is kinda high (US$230+), especially for only getting about 80 pieces, but it's MUCH better that the Mega Blocks crap we've had to deal with for many years. Also, there's a few too many (...) (23 years ago, 25-Jun-01, to lugnet.basic, lugnet.market.shopping)

  Shopko has Lego on sale

Shopko has Lego on sale. In general they were 20% off. They also had a load of the new Dinosaur sets. Once again Shopko scoops TRU with getting the new sets in first. Rose (23 years ago, 24-Jun-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

HEHEHE Yeah Kevin, the dirty little buggers dug it right out from under us! Perhaps i'll send them over to eBay next and see what damage they can do there! <evil grin> Troy Kevin Salm <kdsalm@dreamscape.com> wrote in message (...) (23 years ago, 23-Jun-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: New Bulk Bricks added to Lego.com (basket set to U.S.)

(...) If my imagination is thinking of the right color combination, then perhaps in various sizes of bricks and plates this color could be useful --if Red enough--might be suitable for Imperial Guard or Imperial Armada land structures (detailing (...)   Re: Parts from 186 copies of set 4930, Rock Raiders, added to my Brickbay store

(...) Well, now we know who killed Brickbay--Thanks a lot, Troy! All those god-forsaken minifigs from the evil underground with their nasty Brown boulders have taken over Brickbay and Shut the entire site down. At least the figs had enough courtesy (...)   Re: New Bulk Bricks added to Lego.com (basket set to U.S.)

(...) OK, can someone help me 'grok' which color is Sand Red (not having bought any of the LOM sets as yet). Is this vaguly related to the 'pink' from paradisa ? I just looked at this color chart... (URL) Is Sand Red the same as 'Red+Gray', as (...) (23 years ago, 23-Jun-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: New Bulk Bricks added to Lego.com (basket set to U.S.)

(...) I don't seem to remember any, but then I haven't put them together, only fondled the contents. (...) An odd choice, since it isn't in circulation yet. Maybe they want to sell more SoL sets and channel sand green that way. pete.w (23 years ago, 23-Jun-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: New Bulk Bricks added to Lego.com (basket set to U.S.)

(...) My guess is someone accidentally dumped a whole bunch of the sand red ABS balls into a 2x4 molding machine, and they had to dispose of them *somehow*... --Bill. (23 years ago, 23-Jun-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: New Bulk Bricks added to Lego.com (basket set to U.S.)

(...) Interesting. I wonder why sand red, when sand green has obviously already had a much longer and larger run for the Statues of Libety. (I almost wanted to say "Mothers of Invention." Ack.) Does a 2x4 sand red brick come in any current set? (I (...) (23 years ago, 23-Jun-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: New Bulk Bricks added to Lego.com (basket set to U.S.)

Added lego.direct just because I hope they see this and it eventually sinks in. This is meant as constructive critisizm and not a random negative attack. (...) This is great... *but*...   Re: New Bulk Bricks added to Lego.com (basket set to U.S.)

(...) Looks like 1 or 2 new items, and a bunch of older service packs being added back in. BTW, I'm not surprised that 5145 (62x grey bricks) is "not available", although I'd love it if they found some more hiding in a box somewhere. I cleared out (...)   New promo sets added to shop.lego.com

I was looking over the new items added to shop.lego and I noticed that they added sets 1817 and 2147. I knew about 2147 being available, but I hadn't heard about 1817. It looks like its an airline promo set from 1996. -Todd (23 years ago, 23-Jun-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

New Bulk Bricks added to Lego.com (basket set to U.S.)

There's been several new additions to bulk bricks: 50x Sand Red 2x4 bricks $6.99 (item #10005) - I assume this is the same color as seen in Life On Mars sets 62x brick sets $4.99 in yellow, green, red, blue, white (these appear to be the same as (...)   Re: Parts from 186 copies of set 4930, Rock Raiders, added to my Brickbay store

I knew that. I was just being silly, as there were that many copies of 4930 at the Serramonte store a few weeks ago....they were $2.99, same as Tuesday Morning I got about 10 copies at TM - mostly for fig parts (except torsos) Paul S (...) (23 years ago, 22-Jun-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)
