If my imagination is thinking of the right color combination, then perhaps in
various sizes of bricks and plates this color could be useful
--if Red enough--might be suitable for Imperial Guard or Imperial Armada land
structures (detailing pieces,that is).  Regular Red is just too Red, IMO.
--if Gray enough--may be ideal for building Castles and other medieval
structures or at least as a detailing color for them.

I will have to see the pieces before I can decide on this one.

(...) Interesting. I wonder why sand red, when sand green has obviously already had a much longer and larger run for the Statues of Libety. (I almost wanted to say "Mothers of Invention." Ack.)
