I figured I'd give this a shot even though I placed my order on 12/14 (2 4561's and 2 8458's.) Well, it worked! The service rep. gave me a $20 credit for each 4561 and a $20 credit for each 8458. I stopped by a Meijer store in Indianapolis today and noticed that they had their Life on Mars Value Packs marked down to $6.99. They were not on sale, just marked down. If it makes you feel any better... About 11am Saturday, I sent one 4561 to a retired person who has never had any Lego, always wanted to do model trains but never got the chance....
