Re: Etoys LEGO Sale - Let's See if they can ship this time

(...) Thank you, sir. I do have another bunch of Sith Infiltrators that will be coming out with that part (I didn't buy any from here this time), as well as a bunch of other sets I got today from previous orders. I have a lot of sets to process, but (...) (24 years ago, 29-Jul-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: MF at etoys.com

(...) It is. I suspect the problem is that (iirc) they have to give you a definite date of expected arrival if they offer you the option of waiting for a backordered item. Ran (24 years ago, 29-Jul-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: MF at etoys.com

(...) Just FYI, here's the replies I have received from KBKids.com. I wanted to check the goverment sites to clarify if this "FTC rule" is valid for backordered items, as KBKids says it is. But I haven't had time to look. It still would seem that a (...) (24 years ago, 29-Jul-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Etoys LEGO Sale - Let's See if they can ship this time

(...) Watch out for the shipping costs on this one: I had a half-dozen of them in my cart during their last sale, and I discovered at checkout time that they would only be about 20 cents cheaper than buying them at Target. It's easy to miss this if (...) (24 years ago, 28-Jul-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Found in Burch Run, MI (4561 Train Set)

(...) KB marks a lot of their stuff above MRSP, new and old. I'm also aware of a Toy Works with a number of older sets, but as you say they're above MRSP (I think 10-20%, usually). Regards, Alan (24 years ago, 28-Jul-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Found in Burch Run, MI (4561 Train Set)

I’m glad to see a few of you were able to locate the set. I would love to see more posting of this type so everyone can enjoy a great find. Seems most sets are located, bought up and end up on Ebay by the weekend. Toy Liquidator and KB Outlets have (...) (24 years ago, 28-Jul-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Found in Burch Run, MI (4561 Train Set)

(...) Thanks for the tip. I was able to call an outlet store in Ohio earlier in the week and they told me their delivery was due Thursday and said they would hold 2 of them if they got any. I called back and today I am the proud owner of two sets, (...) (24 years ago, 28-Jul-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)
