Well, It has been two weeks since his package was shipped.
For comparison, a while ago I bought three 8386s off Bricklink. Came to me
from Germany in ~2 weeks. US to Canada ought to be faster than that.
Thanks

Maybe it ought to be, but it isnt. Numerous times Ive send orders to Europe
(UK, Ger, NL, Bel), and some arrived within 72 hours!!! And that is regular
airmail, not express. 1 order I mailed on Tuesday morning got to the buyer
Thursday afternoon in the UK! In my experience, sending airmail to Europe is
about 1 day faster than airmail to Canada. Heck, airmail to europe is often as
fast as priority within the US! All the above it for small orders (a few
ounces).
