I do offer a factoring service. For one-offs where you need a one time payment made, I charge 4 bucks, of which 2 goes to the factoree. It's slow but reliable. Here's the official info from the usps site: Delivery Confirmation Provides information about the date and time an article was delivered, and if delivery was attempted but not successful, the date and (...) I mailed out some packages yesterday and the clerk told me about a new feature. For .35 you can have a tracking sticker attatched to your package.
