I do offer a factoring service. For one-offs where you need a one time payment made, I charge 4 bucks, of which 2 goes to the factoree. It's slow but reliable. I'd prefer not sending cash, but it looks like International Money Order is the only option. Can anyone answer some questions for me? What is the cost in the US to cash in an IMO? I guess I didn't quite understand the clerk. Here's the official info from the usps site: Delivery Confirmation Provides information about the date and time an article was delivered, and if delivery was attempted but not successful, the date and (...) I mailed out some packages yesterday and the clerk told me about a new feature. For .35 you can have a tracking sticker attatched to your package.
