I wonder if exchange rates are part of the delay? Maybe sites within individual countries need to be set up (of course somebody may also be waiting for the Euro to go live, ie printed money t/o those countries involved in the Euro) Or maybe there (...) Ali V. is returning stateside and therefore will no longer be able to factor for Japan. So I can't accept any transactions that have a Japanese component, unless they can be completed prior to 1 May. No need to test, Andreas is right - the credit in your acct does NOT show the name, but if you choose to receive the notification emails, their name IS in there. No need to use the link either, just have the person's account to enter in the referral (...) (24 years ago, 25-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.services) !

(...) I just discovered that you can select entries in PayPal's history view by type. For example, if you select 'referral', the system will even show the names of all completed referrals as well as pending transactions. Very nice! As an aside, (...)
