(...) used insurance (Canada-Post) seem to be more careful when you bhought insurance. For the few pack I sent over the border, never had trouble except slow service. If Larry remembers correctly and Martin is in Canada, mail Canada->US does sometimes take 3 weeks (and who can tell which side of the border the delay is on?) so it may not be time to despair yet. (...) There's stil hope. Canadapost is notoriously slow and unreliable. Perhaps they don't have as much competition as the USPS does. I had something sent in November which just showed up here now. The technic box #1 appears to be lost. Martin mailed it to me 2 to 3 weeks ago and it has never arrived. Is it possible that it would take this long?
