I wouldn't've minded dealing with John, but I don't do paypal, so I didn't
have that option.
The number above gets you into one of those automated systems that they make
satirical commercials about. After a couple of unsuccessful games of "Hunt
the Wumpus", in which the closest I got to the store was a voicemail box
where I could leave complaints about items I had *already* purchased at
Legoland, I tried the 5347 number on their website. This got me a real
human operator, who put me on hold for 5 minutes while she tried to figure
out the right extension, then dumped me into a voicemail box for retail
employees who want to leave messages about their scheduling wants.
If anyone knows how to get connected to a real person at Legoland who's
authorized to take set names and kick ABS out the shipping door, please
let the rest of us in on the secret.

Most of the supply of other sets is slowly going down, except when I've gone in to buy for other people - it goes down faster (...) (24 years ago, 26-Jun-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
