I have bought stuff on more than one occasion from these folks, ordering directly via the web site. I believe others in the Technic/Mindstorms communities have too. Joel, A little while ago I asked the same question and John Barnes was kind enough to provide a link for a vendor he has used in the past for tank tracks.... (...) I'll have to go look again. They may in fact be smaller than 18", but they were in boxes that were open in the front, and were clearly single oversized minifigs.
