| (...) AFAIK impossible... from what they told me because of banking regulations/laws (to prevent laundering) you need to drop by the bank, with a valid ID to sign up. After that all can be done over the Internet (as I do... ) (23 years ago, 12-Jun-01, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
