This isn't such a remote possibility. My brother had a sealed 7824 shipped
to the US from the Netherlands and customs slaughtered the box. Hopefully
whatever shipping/insurance arrangements were made took this into account.

| Well, I'd just like to say thanks for all the advice regarding shipping this expensive set from overseas! The set arrived today in Michigan in perfect shape. Phew!! Some of you guys had me worried. The amazing thing was that he just mailed it on (...) (24 years ago, 25-Mar-01, to lugnet.market.auction)
