I think, you should first read Auczilla FAQ before bidding I think.

I'm not so very happy about Auczilla shipping times, but I know that
this is the way Todd handled it (since the probable timeline and the
fact that this timeline could be a very long duration is explained in
the FAQ) and I pay for it by knowing that it will take some time.
By the way, be sure that if you can post here, Todd is alive and around,
since he is owner of this place (I mean Lugnet)..:-)
For bad experiences, I haven't heard any yet, but for good ones, I'm
sure you can get response from at least half of the people around here.
For the not answered emails, I think it is not a nice thing at all, and
it is not the way Todd behaves. I don't know what the problem is, but he
should have an explanation for that.

| (...) Pretty simple, really, like I've said before. Customer service isn't his strong suit. Creating neat stuff (again, at his own pace) is (models, and this whole shouting match). Given the relative plethora of ways to get parts on the aftermarket (...) (24 years ago, 7-Jul-00, to lugnet.market.auction)
