Hi Greg,
I just reactivated your name on the list. I see your mail that you sent
me on the 10th -- I misfiled it as someone who was signing up who was
already signed up (about 50 people sent in re-signups even though they
were already on the list by default). Sorry for the mistake...my bad.
You should be getting all of the information via e-mail soon.
