Looking for other pdx/vancouver mindstorms people

I'm looking for other pdx/vancouver mindstorms people to chat/play/invent with. The wargame club I go to has some nice 5x9 foot tables with raised guard rails that make excellent test tracks. I'd like to set up some challenge type events like the (...) (24 years ago, 13-Dec-00, to lugnet.loc.us.or.por, lugnet.loc.us.or, lugnet.robotics.rcx)

Re: Visit in February (President's weekend)

(...) Well, actually, the October meeting was held two days before you joined the eGroups mailing list. There are multiple reminders about meetings once you're on the list, however, so that shouldn't happen again. (...) Well, we can make one up for (...)   Visit in February (President's weekend)

Hey guys, Gotta be brief, but just wanted to drop y'all a note saying I'll be around in February, on President's week. Dates elude me at the moment, but if I don't post now I'll probably forget entirely. I'll be landing in Portland, staying there (...)   In town July 5th and 6th...

Hey just had a last minute business trip dumped on me. The only bright side is that I might get to visit some AFOLs in Portland. I doubt I will be able to do anything the 5th but I think the evening of the 6th is open for dinner/drinks/minifesting (...) (24 years ago, 28-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.us.or.por)

  Hawthorne Fred Meyer

Just a heads-up as to the stock at this store (no, I don't have anything better to do.) Saw a bunch of the new 2000 Castle stuff, not a lot of SW except for the smallest sets and Mos Espa. Quite a bit of Rock Raiders small and medium sized sets. The (...) (25 years ago, 21-Mar-00, to lugnet.loc.us.or.por)

I think that they had restocked at least once with 2000 sets, but those were snapped up _very_ fast indeed (and not by me! All I got was a lonely Slave I.)
