Hi,
I like the idea of a LEGOfest, and almost certainly would go.  I'd also like to

so.  One thing no one has mentioned is a play area.  I don't think you can have
a LEGOfest advertised to the general public and not have a play area.  The LEGO
for this area has to come from somewhere, and most of us will not want to
volunteer our own collections.Any ideas?

1.  Everyone chips in to get a few basic buckets each, which are either
divvied out among the sponsoring volunteers, or else donated to some
worthy organization, such as a local day care center, after the fest is
over.

2. Some goldentongue writes a letter to TLG outlining the goals and
scope, and asks for support in the form of pieces. Again, these are
donated to some worthy org. Divvying them up is probably not going to be
well received by TLG.
