1. Everyone chips in to get a few basic buckets each, which are either
divvied out among the sponsoring volunteers, or else donated to some
worthy organization, such as a local day care center, after the fest is
over.
2. Some goldentongue writes a letter to TLG outlining the goals and
scope, and asks for support in the form of pieces. Again, these are
donated to some worthy org. Divvying them up is probably not going to be
well received by TLG.
