Speaking for myself, Saturday afternoon or evening would be easier for me to
attend. Not having to worry about getting up early for work makes for more
enjoyment. Even if the event didn't run too late, there is still the drive
home to consider.
I try to be flexible, though, and I would consider any day and time suggested.
