Hi Chis,
I'm located in Berwyn, PA out in the west Philadelphia suburbs.... I would
love to see a local LUG and would participate as much as my job and new
family allow me to. I'm pretty much a town/train collector.
Possible names -
UMALUG - Upper Mid-Atlantic LUG
DVLUG - Delaware Valley LUG
MPHLUG - Metro Philadelphia LUG
GPHLUG - Greater Philadelphia LUG
I'm sure there are others in the area interested. This little section of
LUGNET has been very inactive as of late.
What do you have in mind for the LUG? One thing that I would like to see is
some help amongst ourselves as far as shopping. I'm constantly scanning the
newspaper ads, etc. for sales. But I don't have the time or patience to hit
yard sales. I'm always looking for train and town related parts. Some sort
of regional trading group would be a good idea.
Feel free to email me off-list.
