  Re: strange idea

(...) Any interest by anyone in going out for dinner after the train show, looks like it ends on Saturday at 6pm. Maybe an informal type dinner where the show can be discussed and so on.. (25 years ago, 5-Jul-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.trains.org, lugnet.loc.us.mn.msp)

(...) It did the reverse trip years ago, 1981? I drove, alone, from Youngstown Ohio (5 miles from the PA border on Rt. 80) to San Francisco in 54 hours (I stopped for sleep in SLC for 8 hours) - Boy was my rear end sore. (25 years ago, 4-Jul-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.us.mn.msp)

(...) Wwwwow! That's a long drive! But a fun one! You going out on I-80? Driving alone or with a group? Gonna be online during the trip (bringing a laptop)? Don't forget to stop at Wall Drug in South Dakota -- it's insane... :) --Todd (25 years ago, 3-Jul-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.us.mn.msp, lugnet.loc.us.oh)

  NMRA convention

Ok, the convention is less than one month away. What will be the best day to go? Saturday or Sunday? Surely some other people must be going, lets hear. Also, what is the parking situation there? Parking garages, small lots, big lots, lots of space, (...) (25 years ago, 28-Jun-99, to lugnet.loc.us.mn.msp)

So Long, Minneapolis! So Long, GMLTC!

It has been a lot of fun. Made some good friends, saw some amazing things, learned a lot, taught a little. I plan to visit twice in July, once for the wedding and once for the NMRA convention. Who can say when I'll be back but it's very possible... (...) (25 years ago, 18-Jun-99, to lugnet.loc.us.mn.msp, lugnet.trains.org)

As the title above states, 6031 Fright Force is on clearance at TRU for $2.97. They also had the 6007 Bat Lord for the same price as well as the 6716 Weapons Wagon and 6706 Frontier Patrol. I know that the Wild West sets have commonly been reported (...) (25 years ago, 19-Jun-99, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.loc.us.mn.msp)
