Hey people in the Boston area: IBM's developerWorks is having a "barCode" party at Jillian's tomorrow night. The main attraction is Miguel de Icaza (of GNOME fame), but there's also gonna be Lego Mindstorms there to play with and look at. (...) Unfortunately, compressing a .mov file doesn't help much, because QuickTime files (.mov) are already compressed quite a bit (which is good :-). I spoke to the guy's at The Construction Site yesterday about the Castle Window display. They said that there next opening would be in about 2 weeks which I thought might be a bit tight and they said that the next openning after that would be in (...)
