| (...) They're both pretty nice. I'd prefer the first with higher contrast colors--red, orange, and green tend not to stand out from each other for us partially color-blind folks. | Stylistically it is neat. And it's a cool design exercise. However it pretty clearly violates trade dress IMHO. So I vote for a variant on the first one.
