I checked Fremont (Newpark Mall) on Friday night. No sign of them. (That is, no sign where they would have been, if they had already been there and gone.) I managed to zip down to Winchester at, um, the legal speed limit, and picked up one of the last four landspeeders. And I picked up another for a friend's kid. Everything else was gone. The TRU at Winchester has 3-4 of Speeder Bikes and Landspeeder left as of 4:30pm. According to the nice lady who's stocking up the other LEGO stuff while I was there, the other sets sold out within 30 minutes... (...) (26 years ago, 13-Mar-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

(...) I just got back from there. As of 2:30, they only had 2 landspeeders, and I bought one of them. I was a little dissapointed that everything else sold out in just over 2 hours.
