OK, I have confirmed that I can have Friday off. I cannot get Thursday. If someone else will be in Friday morning, I can bring the roundhouse with me Friday a.m. (This is not optimal, since I'll need another person to move it.) Dropping it off in (...) I will also bring 10-12 wagons and 2 locomotives. I can bring some track as well. (I've marked mine with model pain markings under the ties, just in case we wanted to try a mix-and-match at meetings.) I'm planning to bring the digital camera and (...) I live in San Jose, have a truck and can get the time off on Thursday. I need a day off anyway. I am available to take everything in and get it started early (8-9 am). I can help set up Thursday from 3pm onwards, but have no way to transport tables, etc. I will be free Friday about 3pm onwards, and all Sat and Sun.
