OK, I have confirmed that I can have Friday off. I cannot get Thursday.
If someone else will be in Friday morning, I can bring the roundhouse
with me Friday a.m. (This is not optimal, since I'll need another person
to move it.)
Dropping it off in S.J. on Wednesday evening would also be good for me.
(Dropping it off Thursday evening is less optimal, but I could do that
if that seems like the best plan.)
It looks like we had two folks that could take Thursday off to assemble
the big bits, and one of them (I think) said that he can house Mike's
tables/modules Wednesday night into Thursday. Is that correct? If so,
is it possible for me to bring the roundhouse and other bits to San
Jose on Wednesday eve? (When? Where?)
I'll be there both days.
Has anyone answered the questions about;
Do we have any exhibitor passes? (how many? who gets them?)
Do we need to be NMRA members in the display? (cost to register onsite?)
Do we need to buy tickets to get in if we don't have exhibitor passes?

P.S. The writing project is DONE! Woohoo! Now it's LEGO time!!

| It looks like I am picking things up on Wednesday and bringing them to the show of thrusday. I am going to meet Mike, but I am not sure where. I gave him my house address in San Jose, and I can also meet someone at lunch. I work for HP in Mountain (...) (24 years ago, 2-Aug-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

| (...) We have 4 exhibitor passes. Myself, Tom Stangl and Zonker were making modules and buildings to bring, so they were the first ones to get them. While trying to get the modules built, one person, Paul Sinasohn, really did do more than I could (...) (24 years ago, 2-Aug-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

| I will also bring 10-12 wagons and 2 locomotives. I can bring some track as well. (I've marked mine with model pain markings under the ties, just in case we wanted to try a mix-and-match at meetings.) I'm planning to bring the digital camera and (...)
