That'll be the same bunch at BT who took 6 weeks to get
my line sorted properly. They had to pay me almost £300 compensation.
I have never seen such incompetence and counter-productive policies in all
my life. They out-source the laying and burying of cables to an outside
company. After waiting for ages, that company came along and damaged my
newly-repaired cable as they buried it, so BT had to start all over again.
No wonder their financial performance is so bad. Shameful thing is the ones
at the top can't make the connection between the two.
