What costs? They only have one cost for the whole for the EU. They come out the same warehouse, in the same packaging,
on the same web site.

Doesnt the law of supply and demand say that if we bought more they would put the price up?
If we bought BULK the price ought to come down, but they dont even offer a bulk discount.
