  Catering for Cheshire fest 03/03/01

Folks, It would be handy if I knew who was going to be around at tea time, so I can organise something to eat/somewhere to go. Those of you who came to the last one will realise that this is a pressing matter that I don't want to get wrong again :-) (...) (24 years ago, 10-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)

(...) See below re: being at the mercy of whomever is driving the Central London Carpool [tm]. (...) Oh, cool! I was expecting that I'd have to drag in some veggies and a few jars of Patak's and toss up a smashing curry, but I'll gladly go Italian. (...) (24 years ago, 11-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)

(...) As someone who has never been to a Legofest yet, can I enquire what went wrong last time? Or was it so bad that it's caused Tony to repress all memories of the event? :-) While I'm here can someone tell me how much a boxed Technic pneumatic (...) (24 years ago, 12-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)

(...) £125 quid, bloody ell, I'm not made of money. The reason I asked was because I was immediately outbid on Ebay. I was only interested in the parts, I feel Lego should be used (except my Star Wars sets) as opposed to collected. Right I'll have (...) (24 years ago, 12-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)

(...) Is the 40 tooth gear the platform rotator from 8868 ? I had two, I sold one to a Canadian for £80 ! I have one left! Shall I bring it ? Michael Pratt (24 years ago, 12-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Re: Catering for Cheshire fest 03/03/01

(...) I think we're looking at part #3649... I don't know if that comes in 8868 or not - I found one in my unsorted tub last night though if you still need one. Steve (24 years ago, 13-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Re: Catering for Cheshire fest 03/03/01

(...) No it's not that, the 40 tooth gear is just the standard largest gear in the technic range. I've already had someone offer me one so it shows that posting part requests here works. Steve Lane (24 years ago, 13-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Pitsco in the US have them for sale, in packs of 4, with 12 of the 24 tooth gear. The pack costs $7.50. If you can find a Dacta outlet in the UK, I'm sure they'd be able to get them for you. Try the following link: (URL) know that you've already (...) (24 years ago, 16-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Dacta UK (was: Re: Catering for Cheshire fest 03/03/01)

For Dacta in the UK, see: (URL) page is quite old, but the address and phone numbers should still be right, if the prices might not be. HTH, Phil. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jonathon Goldsworthy" <jgold@cableinet.co.uk> To: (...) (24 years ago, 16-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)
