Well, I finally got the sixth service pack yesterday, ordered piece-by-piece
as I was told, and the piece order was wrong. It was the hinges/bearings
set and I was sent two (not one) turntable with hinge clips, and no (should
be two) 6x1 black plates with 2&3 fingered hinge clips on each end.
This doesn't put me out much, as I didn't have a use for these anyway. But,
it would have been nice if they could have just put that extra bit of effort
in to get the job right after two failures on the same order.
Anyway, has anyone had any experience of trying to buy specific parts from
LEGO, other than replacements for damaged sets or from the service / S@H
catalogues? Is it possible?
