I have to say, I have never had anything but excellent customer service from
Lego. I haven't called them many times, but on the occasions I have done so,
I have always been able to get the information I need and I have always been
sent exactly what I have asked for.

| (...) Well, I finally got the sixth service pack yesterday, ordered piece-by-piece as I was told, and the piece order was wrong. It was the hinges/bearings set and I was sent two (not one) turntable with hinge clips, and no (should be two) 6x1 black (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jan-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)

| (...) There's also an 0345 number (I'll have to look it up) on the 1999 Service catalogue, but 08457 080070 is the number on their correspondence. They all end up at the same call center anyway - and I think it's an international one. I've called (...) (24 years ago, 8-Jan-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)
