I saw the J-Box yesterday. I did not like the look of it. I think it is
either time to re-start it, or put it on hold for a while. The cost of
passing the current one around the country must far outweigh any value its
content has.

The consensus is clearly that a controlled cull is in order, so I will do so
before I send it on. All the 'rubbish' will go to a local charity shop. I'll
try and re-populate it as far as possible. I suggest we stick to an agreed
maximum weight to avoid this problem as well - I'll weigh it before it
proceeds and post the result to the group.

Who is due the box next?
