I can talk about this all night - But I'm watching Serpico tonight. Since
you were young, some things have changed:
1. Kids
2. Society,and the way it treats kids.
3. They way toys are marketed and designed
4. Local retail structure.

All 4 are interrelated. Take a look at almost any average to, the design
life is a fraction of what it would have been a few years ago...




By the way, how do you post messages to lugnet offline like you can with
with rtl?

LEGO like other toys has been in decline in the UK for some years. I remember just a few years ago Woolworths having several aisles of LEGO, now there is only one shelf. I didn't think K'nex would last but is has and is more readily available. There (...) (24 years ago, 29-Jan-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)
