Re: First post after the event!

I had to get up at 0445 to enable an 0600 check-in and 0700 flight from Prestwick to Stansted. Chris Dee had offered a lift from there to Jon's, and was waiting at the airport on my arrival. We arrived at Jon's at 0935. What followed was 14 hours (...) (26 years ago, 20-Sep-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Re: TRU Norwich opening- missed opportunity?

(...) The free thing was somewhat hopeful- probably just have ended up in the local paper. I know there are cheaper places in Norwich too, and intend to keep using them- I expect I won't go in TRU unless I hear about sales. (Bonds, part of John (...) (26 years ago, 20-Sep-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Jambalaya box on its way again...

I finally got the box posted off (to Michael Edwards) yesterday. I think it weighed 1.6kg. It couldn't therefore go 2nd class, so I sent it as a parcel. Postage was £3.50-ish. I put the technic in as noted by e-mail as well at the other stuff I (...) (26 years ago, 19-Sep-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Re: LEGOfest update

(...) It shouldn't be too bad that time of the day. BTW - the new link road between the M11 and M102M (Blackwall tunnel) is now open. I don't know if that makes any difference to time/distance, but it may cut off the corner and also avoids the (...) (26 years ago, 17-Sep-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)
